had signed up and things were all good till they merged and jacked my 60 dollar a month plan to 90.00 they dsaid that the promotion that I had ended the original price was 39.99 + 8 for router, was told that the price locked in and would not go up unless I chose more services well they really lied. the plan was suppose to cover internet access and phone it did but was told that the phone would be an additional charge hence the 60 a month and now they are saying that it was just a promotional price I was getting and it has come to an end but they still offer it but have changed their discription of what the service now saying it is a 1 year promo and then they give it to you with sand in the grease. spent well over 2 hours talking to all the people for bottom to so said top in customer service and they wouldn’t budge and roll back the price or discount it in any way. Be care ful dealing with this company now because it is purly greed driven and you business and you are not va;ued by them only you monthly payment is all they care about . Sad part is it is either twc spectrum or att in my area there isn’t even a dsl compeditor in my area
