Report Filed: Tires Plus Douglasville Georgia!!
On Holloween, 10/31/16, brought my company vehicle in for maintenance. I left my luggage in the car as never thought the Tech would get into it and steal my emergency travel money and Perscriptions. Yet, he did. The police came and was told they felt strongly he was guilty but could not find the stolen $640 and prescriptions. He had left abruptly for lunch and did not think I would Notice he left my luggage open. I did and he was caught but according to Police suspicion he ditched it all when he left before the GM called him back. The GM was so uncooperative and truly has a bug problem. I was a regular. Now, never again. Do not trust this location nor management to protect your car and wellbeing while at their garage. No cameras and allows Techs free roam of customers cars although he said that only the tech has access when in fact by the Technicians omission another had assisted with the oil change. Please do not trust them! I am without my medicine and irreplaceable money. Also never trust anyone. Take your belongings with you when at a garage.
