I ordered and paid for wine drops from Top Shelf Living with a groupon voucher. I waited for several weeks and had to reorder my product because they said they had no record of my order. I received whiskey rocks in the mail. I do not drink whiskey and sent them back with the paperwork requesting the wine drops. I again waited several weeks and then contacted them. They said they needed proof of the product sent back. That’s their job to receive the returned goods. I no longer had the paperwork nor the product as I had sent it back. I paid for the product and have NOTHING. I want some recourse to either recoup my costs or product. Kathy T (((REDACTED)))
