Before you buy a home or have this company complete a remodel I urge you to conduct much research on this company ask for references etc the company may be ok but my recent experience was hell. I recently purchased a home from this company that was very pretty on the outside but had many concealed problems on the inside that after moving in we would find. The company seems to cut corners on much of the work for the lowest dollar and a few items that my inspector missed iam left to foot the bill. I reached out to one of the owners about 11 electrical outlets that don’t work and haven’t worked since we moved in and he has denied any wrong doing and claims that everything worked when he sold the house. Leaking toilet, hvac lines, drainage in the back yard that pools water after rain, improper mounting of appliances, tile work in the kitchen that wasn’t properly mortared down, all are just a few of the surprises we have found since moving in. Im also a veteran of the Armed Services and the seller knew this when selling the property so obviousley has no regard to how or who he treats unfairly. Again if your thinking of doing business with this company Trinity Way Investments please do your homework and don’t end up spending thousands of dollars fixing things that should have be done right the first time.
