It was about 1 month ago that l took my car for repairs at tuffy auto service. I had just come from a complete diagnostic from a GMC Dealsership and they gave me a detailed report of what was wrong with my van. The price thay quoted was a little bit on the higher side so l decided to look for an alternative and l went to tuffy auto service. They also did a diagnostic and and we agreed on the price to change my catalytic converter but their mechnics ended up damaging my gmc sanana. They damaged my AC and the starter unit. The van is completely different and making some very weired and noisey sounds. I went and l complained to the manager by the name patric and he told me that l have to pay more money to get my car fixed after l had already paid them $ 1400.00. This is a van that l use for my business and l have suffered so much financial loss because of what tuffy auto service did to me.
