Report Filed: UPGI Battery Sold us bad batteries and claimed it was the fault of our products. We replaced their bad batteries with another brand and our sound systems performed perfectly. UPGI sent two cancelled orders to us of more bad batteries and took weeks and weeks to take them back. Coppel Texas!!
UPGI sold us bad batteries which failed in our products shipped worldwide. We sent a different brand of battery out to our customers at our expense or had the products shipped back to us for repair. In every case a new battery from another supplier solved the problem and our products have been performing perfectly. We shipped several of the bad batteries to UPG. They tested them and claimed it was our products which caused the batteries to fail to hold a charge. UPG shipped us two cancelled orders of the same bad batteries. It took weeks of wrangling to have them picked and and provide us credit. UPGI is not a reputable company and does not stand behind its products. We have thousands of our products in use worldwide and have an impeccable reputation which was damaged by these battery failures.
