Hi.I am from the Philippines,I was hired just recently by viscom energy llc 08-18-2015.We started making calls for this company 08-20-2015 which falls on a thursday Mnla time.I found their jobpost in www.upwork.com and what was written in their job description was we will get paid weekly but thats not what happened.They explained that there will just be a week behind on the pay period.I’m just ok with that!but wow!when the payday finally came,that was 08-31-2015 est.,I received on paypal $6.75 when I was expecting a $40 for 2days of work ,4hours calling since I started calling on a thursday then there’s a friday shift.so thats 2days!It was written in our contract in docusign that we will have a basic pay of $3+$2 by not being late and completing the full work week +2$ for appointments 35$ for each demo and $50 for evry closed sale.I did not have a sale for that 2days but I was not late nor absent so that should be I should be getting $5 / hour*4hours calling*2days.I really wanted to have an explanation as to why I get little than I expected but I just dont know who’s the right person to talk to,Nancy’s not responding on my emails 2 supervisors not responding on skype as well,but later on I just found out that the reason why our supervisors are not able to respond promptly is because Nancy is confusing them too.I just discovered with my supervisor that they are having the same issue as well!all of us!Well I really think what they were doing was illegal!Nancy and William!We need to get paid for what we worked! I hope Nancy and Williams pay us for what they owe us.My dispute for my first week of calling then my pay for last week which is scheduled next monday 09-08-2015 mnla and this week’s as well!
