Bought a plan from these jerks on my 2002 Kia in 2006. Warranty was paid off in monthly installments in March 2008. I had some trouble with my Kia and had it towed to a mechanic. He determined that it was the timing belt, water pump and valves. These were all covered according to my warranty. When he called Warranty HQ, they would not authorize any repairs.
