BOught a Elight/IPL Laser from this company a few weeks ago. After paying, I got a nasty burn on my forearm DESPITE FOLLOWING THEIR protocols. Thus I cannot use this machine on my patients. Their product is a health hazzard. Also, I have asked they several questions with respect to how to use their machine. Besides a crappy manual ( sure just translated from Chinese ) and some pdf’s absolutely NO POST PURCHASE COSTUMER SERVICE. To resolve this issue I want: 1. Either a fix for this machine or a NEW ONE that actually works without burning me 2. Immediate answers to all my questions.
