Since I can’t mention any names here in this forum, suffice it to say that the person that is considered the general manager hires people there that aren’t familiar with the cars that come in and the products that he sells. Of course can’t say that for every employee there but the few that my car came in contact with it is surely the case. They sold me new wheels and tires for my new S Class MB that were the wrong size and offset- when I had the car checked out at the dealer I was informed of this and that it was causing damage to the alignment of the car. WW would not acknowledge their role in installing the incorrect off-set wheels and I ended up having to purchase another set of wheels and tires from another retailer in Newport Beach.
