I notified WORDTRACKER and they began processing my refund. My bank account was charged $59 a second time during this process. They owe me $118 and will not refund my money! London England!!
WORDTRACKER offers a free 7 day trial and I completed the online form to do this. It stated that after the free trial was up you would be notified about whether you wanted to purchase their services. I completed my free trial and decided to purchase one month and would cancel after that time and completed the credit card information on another free 7 day trial form online. During this free trial I was locked out of the service as my bank account was being charged $59 for the monthly service. I notified WORDTRACKER via email. They said they were trying to find my account and gave me 15 days free. I used the service for 2 days while still communicating via email with the customer service department for the refund of my $59. They kept saying they couldn’t find my account with the information I gave them and asked if it could possibly be another credit card. No, because I gave them the correct bank information from my bank statement with the charges. While emailing back and forth about the $59 refund, the same bank account was charged another $59. Both charges without my approval. I had already notified WORDTRACKER of the cancellation of their services. Today I receive another email stating that they cannot issue my refund due to incorrect bank information and that I need to contact my credit card company to try to get the refund through them. They only way my bank will get involved is if I file a fraud charge against them with the city Police Department. I am out $118 for services with WORDTRACKER that I never wanted and the charges were unauthorized. BEWARE – they’ll take your credit card information and charge you then won’t refund it!
